Produced by Boruch Perlowitz, we had a wonderful time watching the filming process and chatting with some of the staff and crew.  Some of our village residents and children were invited to be extras. It’s always a pleasure to share our unique Bavarian architecture with film crews and photographer!

Filming in Stoudtburg Village

Bullet Time Productions spent the day with us on March 2, 2022 to shoot scenes for "Talons of the Phoenix," an action-centered movie taking place during World War II in Nazi-occupied Europe. Our Bavarian architecture and European vibe provided a scenic backdrop that was perfect for their filming needs. 

  Scenes were filmed in our plaza and along our walkways, at our towers and inside one of our Bavarian style homes.  Some of our residents were background extras!  Many dined at the Village Haus and we made new friends and enjoyed taking fun, memorable photos.  It was a great day and great fun for everyone!
